If we encounter unfavourable weather conditions on your appointment day, we will contact you to reschedule. If it rains heavily within four hours after your pest control in-the-home treatment, we will return to complete the necessary exterior work. However, if rain occurs after the four-hour window, rest assured that our treatment has adhered to the surfaces and will not require re-treatment.
Safety Recommendations for Pets & People
For the safety of your family and pets, we recommend that pets and people stay out of the treated areas for up to four hours following our spray treatments. This allows the products to settle and minimise any potential exposure. We are not worried about inhalation, our products are not airborne, nor are we worried about mammals ingesting them. However, there are some people who are more intolerant of products than others, and for this reason, whilst it is drying, we do not want any skin contact.
If you cannot remove your pets, we ask that you confine them to a safe room, which we will not treat. Please also inform our technician about any caged animals, fish ponds or home-grown herbs and vegetables, and we will ensure they are protected.

Cleaning After Treatment
To allow the pest control products to work effectively and adhere properly, please refrain from mopping floors with cleaning products for 24 hours following a spray treatment. Mopping with water only is fine.
